Drop Off and Delivery

For Drop Off: We have an attendant available 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 7 days a week to receive drop offs, on your way to work, on your way home from work or if you are just out and about we are here for you.

Same day pick-up is available if dropped off by noon.

For Delivery/Pickup: We accept all laundry as well as dry-cleaning. When you first inquire about laundry services, we will have a phone consultation to establish what your laundry needs are and what level of laundry service you will require.

After determining a solution to your needs, we will get your delivery address and billing address. You will select a specific drop off and delivery day that works best for you. We will drop off your own personal laundry bag (for registered regular delivery/pick-up customers only), either that day or the following business day.

When your delivery day arrives, we can either meet you for a pick-up, or you can leave your laundry bag outside at predetermined location. We can pick-up at your office (we always look and conducted ourselves in a professional manner), or we can meet you at a designated drop off point. We can pick-up in your complex if the necessary authorization is given to your on site manager. Whatever makes you comfortable is best.

After we pick up your laundry, we take it back to our laundry facility where our staff works on only one account at a time. Your laundry is then sorted according to whites, lights, and darks. At this point all of your pockets will be checked to ensure that there are no foreign objects getting into the washing cycle. We all know what can happen when you have a pen or a pack of gum accidentally get mixed in with your laundry! Anything that is found in your pockets will be placed in the bottom of your laundry bag. Over the years we have returned hundreds of dollars, among other miscellaneous items! At no time is your laundry ever mixed in with another customer. Your clothes are only washed together and they dry the same way, always! We never mix your clothes with other customers.

After your laundry is dried, we then fold or if you prefer we will hang items that you request to be hung. We coordinate your clothes so your shirts will be folded together and your pants will be folded with your pants. This makes your life just a little easier back home when you are putting your clothes away in your dresser drawers. We know that little things make a big difference. In order to ensure that your clothes are kept neatly folded and categorized together, we place them in shrink-wrap or place in plastic laundry bags. This also ensures that they remain clean and orderly through transport and until they are finally put away after delivery.

When all of your laundry is taken care of, we deliver back to you at your designated place and time. We then repeat the process as often as you like. You can sign up for weekly service, every other week, or every once in a while. It is important to note that we find that is easier to keep up on a weekly schedule and is usually more manageable for the customer so that you never get overwhelmed with laundry at home! Laundry anxiety is a serious condition and should be treated accordingly!

When it comes time for billing, we can bill on a COD basis, or we can run a tally and send you an invoice at the end of the month. Most of our customers prefer to be on a monthly billing cycle. This makes it easy to keep track of since most bills come the first week of the month.
